Te permite conocer otros modelos de vida, de personas y te hace m\u00e1s flexible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu identidad (qui\u00e9n eres, qu\u00e9 te define) evoluciona mucho y muy r\u00e1pido.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El problema es gestionar esa nueva identidad<\/strong>. En el proceso, es probable que lidies con algunas discrepancias, que te causen malestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puede que sientas que no encajas del todo en tu lugar de residencia en el extranjero. Traes un bagaje que te hace no entender o compartir algunas costumbres o diferencias culturales. Pero tampoco encajas ya 100% en tu pa\u00eds de origen. Tienes nuevos h\u00e1bitos, valoras cosas diferentes, y dejas de disfrutar de planes, que antes te hac\u00edan feliz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00ed, en Alemania, me choca la individualidad de la sociedad y el silencio que conlleva. Pero, cada vez que vuelvo a Espa\u00f1a, me sobra sociabilidad y ruido. No es el \u00fanico ejemplo, pero quiz\u00e1s el menos pol\u00e9mico;-)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cambio de identidad implica evoluci\u00f3n y complejidad. Y, en todo caso, es una realidad.\u00a0<strong>En lugar de resistirse, es mejor aceptarlo, explorar nuevas oportunidades y tender a pensar m\u00e1s en lo que te une a cada uno de los mundos, que en lo que te diferencia o anhelas del otro.<\/strong>\u00a0Es decir, volviendo al ejemplo, disfrutar de la libertad e independencia que brindan las sociedades individualistas. Y valorar el acompa\u00f1amiento, los lazos y el apoyo incondicional, que ofrecen las m\u00e1s colectivistas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mis sesiones de coaching, trabajamos cuestiones de identidad: el autoconocimiento, el yo real, ideal y responsable, la identidad personal y social.
