Sobre todo, cuando te mudas a menudo, acompa\u00f1ando a tu pareja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por intensa me refiero, por supuesto, a las dos caras. Lo multiplica todo. As\u00ed que, de lo bueno, tienes el doble. Pasas mucho tiempo con tus hijos, compartes experiencias \u00fanicas. Los ni\u00f1os (y t\u00fa) aprenden idiomas, conocen culturas, se hacen flexibles\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero las dificultades tambi\u00e9n son m\u00e1s intensas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Te faltan apoyos<\/strong>. Sobre todo, cuando son peque\u00f1os y necesitas una mano para poder respirar. O cuando necesitas un hombro sobre el que llorar y desahogarte. Ni manos, ni hombros disponibles hasta que vuelvas a generar red. Y eso lleva tiempo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Te sientes m\u00e1s vulnerable<\/strong>. Si no dominas el idioma, hasta las visitas rutinarias al pediatra adquieren un extra de emoci\u00f3n (\u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 ha dicho?\u201d \u201c\u00bfque hay que hace qu\u00e9?\u201d). Por no hablar de cuando hay que ingresar u operar a un hijo en el extranjero&#8230; Y los ni\u00f1os, que supuestamente se adaptan tan r\u00e1pido (todav\u00eda me gustar\u00eda leer m\u00e1s estad\u00edsticas e investigaciones a este respecto), tienen que hacer frente a emociones complejas e intensas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Te inundan las gestiones<\/strong>. Haces y deshaces cajas, das de alta (o de baja, o de alta y de baja a la vez en diferentes ciudades) colegios, electricidad, tel\u00e9fono, clases de m\u00fasica, banco, registro, matr\u00edcula\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;Rascas horas y haces malabares, para que, entre una cosa y otra, te d\u00e9 tiempo a preparar la cena.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre estos y otros retos, poco tiempo te queda para ti. Para tus necesidades y desarrollo profesional. Lo vas dejando para el final. Para cuando todo lo dem\u00e1s est\u00e9 resuelto\u2026 y nunca lo est\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso, es importante la&nbsp;<strong>corresponsabilidad parental<\/strong>. Que tu pareja sea quien, en un momento dado, aporta los ingresos y t\u00fa quien renuncias temporalmente a los tuyos por acompa\u00f1arle, no significa que los cuidados y la casa sean 100% tu responsabilidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso es importante tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<strong>invertir en ti y, si lo necesitas, buscar ayuda<\/strong>. Para priorizar tus necesidades y descubrir qu\u00e9 es lo que quieres realmente.
